Lakes Resort Hotel - Hospitality

Brebner Drive, West Lakes, SA

ACI refurbished and fit-out the 400sqm premium fit-out of Tunki restaurant as part of this waterfront hotel repositioning.

SCI refurbished the Member’s Stand Café and Bar fit-out at the Royal Randwick Racecourse for The Australian Turf Club.

Investment Partners - Heritage, Offices

Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW

A premium office space in Sydney’s Pitt Street, CBD for an esteemed Investment Partnership. SCI delivered the office fit-out in the newly repositioned boutique heritage building.

Vicinity Centres - The Galeries - Commercial

George Street, Sydney, NSW

Working for Vicinity Centres, SCI have completed 24 hour stair rectification works at the lifestyle and cultural destination The Galeries in George Street Sydney.

Crabbe Hole Cafe - Hospitality

Bondi Beach, NSW

SCI were engaged to complete the expansion of the existing Crabbe Hole Café in the iconic venue. This included fit-out of a full commercial grade kitchen and equipment.

Sydney Roosters - Commercial

Driver Avenue, Moore Park, NSW

2023 Winner, MBA (NSW), Interior-Fitouts up to $500,000.

SCI was engaged to complete the premium museum of memorabilia fit-out of the Sydney Roosters Centre of Excellence at Allianz Stadium, in an Award-winning project.

Glory Days Bondi - Hospitality

Bondi Beach, NSW

2023 Winner, MBA (NSW), Interior-Fitouts $500,000 to $1million.

Glory Days is located in the iconic heritage Bondi Pavilion at Bondi Beach. SCI were engaged by the Good Atelier to complete the Award-winning fit-out of its Cafe.

Oreon Partners - Offices

Dequetteville Terrace, Kent Town, SA

A 400m2 office fit-out located in one of Kent Town’s heritage buildings completed for Oreon Investment Partners.

MiQ - Offices

Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills, NSW

Complete refurbishment of a 385sqm office for the global business MiQ. Taking the space from a basic office layout to a bright, light and colourful modern space.

Bondi Icebergs Gym - Leisure

Bondi, NSW

Refurbishment of the old gym into a new bright and modern space. Features wall to wall mirrored cabinetry and a 7m custom made halo feature light.

Eliza Food + Wine - Hospitality

Darlinghurst, NSW

Refurbishment of an existing 120sqm restaurant into a new modern, Sydney Eatery. Features terrazzo floors, dusty pink walls, and long Carerra marble top bar.

Motorserve - Commercial, Industrial, Rollout

Various sites across NSW/ ACT/ VIC

SCI was engaged to complete the roll-out of 21 public service centres across NSW, Victoria and the ACT. Each requiring refurbishment of administration areas, staff amenity and complex automotive services.

Sydney Cricket Ground - Commercial

Driver Avenue, Moore Park, NSW

SCI has worked to deliver many projects for the Sydney Cricket Ground. The scope of works included mostly upgrades across the heritage Trust Suite, Coca Cola Suite, new administration areas, Delaware North Food & Beverage office, amenity upgrades, accessibility upgrades and improved seating and upholstery.

Sauce Consulting - Offices

George Street, Chippendale, NSW

SCI were engaged for the fit-out of this contemporary office ground floor space in a heritage building in Chippendale.

NSW Cricket - Commercial, Industrial

Various sites, NSW
SCI have worked with Cricket NSW on various projects including the de-fit of their old Centre of Excellence, fit-out of the new Centre of Excellence Café and the Maintenance shed for ground equipment and staff amenity.

TAPS SA - Offices

Glen Osmond Road, Frewville SA

ACI were appointed to deliver the office fit-out and refurbishment works for the Trainee & Apprentice Placement Service business TAPS. The scope of works included partitioning, kitchen and staff amenity, extensive joinery throughout and signage.

The refurbishment of the Heritage Doncaster Room at the Royal Randwick Racecourse for The Australian Turf Club.

822 George Street, Chippendale, NSW

An eight-storied iconic heritage landmark in the CBD. SCI were engaged to completely demolish and refit all levels of the interior in this historic building.

Saint George Dining - Hospitality

Demolition of an existing convenience store and refitting an H&E architect designed restaurant/cafe.

Royal Randwick Racecourse - Hospitality, Leisure

Fit-out of the 5C’s Café and Bar within the Royal Randwick Racecourse for The Australian Turf Club.

Australian Turf Club -Offices

A full fit-out of the Australian Turf Club offices and staff amenities at The Royal Randwick Racecourse. Including the Kyoto Room and break out kitchen.

Warwick Farm Racecourse - Commercial, Hospitality, Leisure

SCI have worked with The Australian Turf Club to deliver a range of fit-out projects at The Warwick Farm Racecourse, including the administration area, an MSB Upgrade, a range improvements to the customer experience and food and beverage outlets.

SCI have worked with The Australian Turf Club to deliver a range of Food & Beverage improvements at their Rosehill Racecourse, including a new fit-out of The Tulloch Bar.
